The Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR) Alumni Association is proud to present the Judy Love Alumni Achievement Award to Cathy Tuggle, owner of Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites, for her dedicated service to the Little Rock region and extraordinary accomplishments in her field. The award ceremony took place Wednesday, July 26th at 4:30 p.m. at the Clinton Presidential Center.
The award was established in 2016 and is named in honor of Judy Love, who served as Executive Director for 27 classes. Past recipients include Keith Riggs, Jim Dailey, Carole Smith, Chip Culpepper, and Karen Fetzer. “Cathy is a very sweet force of nature,” explains Love. “She is involved in so many things and to my knowledge, the best Ambassador and cheerleader for the Chamber that I’ve ever known and she’s same with Leadership Greater Little Rock.” Cathy serves on numerous boards, including Arvest Bank, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and the Little Rock Regional Chamber (where she was Board Chairman in 2018). She is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club 99 and serves as Engagement Chair. Cathy has been involved with Make-A-Wish since 2005 and is Board Chair of AR Kids Read. Cathy was named one of the 28 Women to Watch in Little Rock in 2015 and graduated from LGLR’s Class XXVIII.
“I’ve grown not only professionally, but also have grown personally through my involvement with the Little Rock Regional Chamber and the Leadership Greater Little Rock program,” said Tuggle. Both organizations have opened so many doors and created so many friendships for me over the years and I’m forever grateful.” “Cathy Tuggle is an extremely deserving recipient of the Judy Love Alumni Achievement Award,” said Kellen Davis, Executive Director of LGLR. “The purpose of the award is to annually recognize an individual who has taken what they learned through the LGLR program and put it into practice to make a difference in our community. Cathy has and continues to do this in an exemplary manner through both her professional career and community involvement.”
