Arkansas Minority Business Development Association

Operated by Communities Unlimited, provides expert training and technical assistance to support the growth of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs). It also serves mature MBEs with more significant revenues, operating budgets, and experienced staff to provide growth opportunities through contracting, partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontracting. Cultivate: Women's Business Series

This year’s Cultivate sessions, presented by Baptist Health, will not only explore issues facing women in business, but will also help us nurture relationships with each other. Our mission is to fuel economic growth by facilitating the development of professional women in the Little Rock region through intentional programming directly aimed at obstacles and opportunities women encounter in their careers. It is our hope that the women who join us for these various panels will be able to tap into the expertise of some of Little Rock's brightest and most dynamic females who are making waves in their industries. Arkansas Business Navigator

Seeks to assist businesses with access to capital, business development, contracting and procurement, marketing, operations, and exporting and help small businesses address and overcome some of the systemic challenges that face entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. Learn more

Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center (ASBTDC)

The ASBTDC assists new and seasoned entrepreneurs with consulting, market research and training. They also assist with business creation, management and operation. Learn more

U.S. Small Business Administration

U.S. Small Business Administration

Each year, the Arkansas District Office helps to provide about $100 million in loans to small businesses. The office and their SBA-funded partners provide management training and consulting to thousands of entrepreneurs, and they help small business owners pursue contractors from the federal government and prime federal contractors. Businesses United In Leadership Development (B.U.I.L.D.) Academy and Emprende

A 12-week business development initiative that walks local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs through topics pertaining to business essentials made available in English and Spanish. Learn more

Spark! Accelerator

Spark! Accelerator

Qualifying applicants will be startup companies with traction, full-time company founders and a Central Arkansas resident with an annual recurring revenue of at least $25,000. Benefits of the program include the opportunity to pitch at Pitch ‘N Pint, unlimited mentorship for the duration of the program, subject matter workshops, exposure via web and print platforms and more!
