Small Business Impact Awards Catering Options

The 2021 Small Business Impact Awards will be held both in-person and virtually, with ticket and watch party options that include catered meals delivered from amazing local restaurants and catering businesses. Here are the choices:

 

Blue Coast Burrito Company
  • Meat Option:  Grilled chicken, with Baja rice, black beans, shredded jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and roasted tomato salsa wrapped in a 10” flour tortilla. Served with fresh tortilla chips, salsa and a chocolate chip cookie
  • Veggie Option: Grilled tri-color bell peppers & onions, garlic mushrooms, Baja rice, black beans, shredded jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and roasted tomato salsa wrapped in a 10” flour tortilla. Served with fresh tortilla chips, salsa and a chocolate chip cookie

 

Gandolfo’s Deli
  • Meat Option:  Dagwood Sandwich - Roast beef, turkey, ham, corned beef, Swiss, cheddar, Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, spicy mustard, salt and pepper on a hoagie. Served with chips, a cookie and a side of famous house-made banana pudding
  • Veggie Option:  Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich - Feta, cucumber, pesto mayo, marinated mushrooms, green pepper, onion, avocado, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar on sourdough. Served with chips, a cookie and a side of famous house-made banana pudding

 

Purple Cow
  • Meat Option: Classic hamburger with condiments on the side, served with chips and a brownie
  • Veggie Option:   White balsamic and berry caramel salad (CAN ADD CHICKEN) - Spring mix, blueberries, strawberries, sugar-roasted pecans and herbed Boursin cheese, finished with a white balsamic and caramel dressing

 

42 bar and table
  • Meat Option: Chopped Cobb Salad: Hand-breaded chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes, house bacon, homemade pimento cheese, boiled egg and honey balsamic, all atop fresh romaine
  • Veggie Option: Roasted Vegetable Wrap: Herb-marinated roasted vegetables topped with balsamic reduction in a whole wheat tortilla. Served with house-made potato chips
