Developing Talent

As part of the Little Rock Regional Chamber's economic development strategic plan, MetRock 2020, the chamber has identified three strategic priorities with respect to workforce development.

Create Little Rock

Create Little Rock (CLR) is the young professionals organization for the Little Rock region that focuses on retaining, attracting, and developing young professional talent.

Ford Next Generation Learning (NGL)

Education is the key driver of positive change in a region. By listening to the needs of businesses and industries in Central Arkansas, we produce a competitive workforce with the skill sets required for 21st-century jobs. Education also creates a dynamic, successful, vibrant region that improves the quality of life of all our citizens.
