The Little Rock Regional Chamber serves as Metro Little Rock’s leading convener connecting business and industry with education.

As part of the Little Rock Regional Chamber's economic development strategic plan, MetRock 2020, the chamber has identified three strategic priorities with respect to workforce development:

  1. Support the advancement of public schools
  2. Monitor and increase the talent pipeline
  3. Increase the labor force participation rate
