In 2016, The Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and the Associated Industries of Arkansas launched this initiative to bring a new generation of pride, progress, and professionals to Arkansas' skilled workforce.

The Arkansas Commitment Program identifies academically talented African-American high school students throughout central Arkansas and guide them to become leaders in Arkansas. Arkansas Commitment works to ensure future diversity in every aspect of the Arkansas community and to retain talented young Arkansans.

ForwARd Arkansas is non-profit organization established by the Walton Family Foundation and Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, that is committed to improving outcomes for all students, ensuring all students graduate prepared for success in college and in the workplace.

Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement (JA) of Arkansas is one of the more than 100 JA organizations across the nation. JA Arkansas aims to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy through workshops on work readiness, entrpreneurship, and financial literacy.

City Year

City Year Little Rock works in partnership with teachers, administrators, and schools to add more support and to help create learning environments where all students can build on their strengths and fully engage in their learning.
